Structured Light and its Applications

Structured light modes, featuring phase singularities, complex polarization textures and strongly inhomogeneous intensity profiles, attract currently considerable interest in many areas of modern physics. In particular, structured light is a valuable and rapidly emerging tool that opens up new opportunities for precision measurements, metrology, as well as quantum computations and communications. To discuss the latest developments in these (and many other) domains, we invite colleagues to participate in a one-day workshop "Structured Light and its Applications" to be held on the campus of the Technical University of Braunschweig on 12 June 2024. The workshop is jointly organized by the Technical University of Braunschweig and Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).

Depending on their willingness, colleagues are kindly invited to give a 30-minute (25 + 5) talk or poster presentation. To make your plans known, we ask you to register for the workshop. Please note that there will be no conference fee.
