Overview of the Workshop
The bystander training enables witnesses to engage in dialogue and learn about common patterns that prevent witnesses from intervening effectively in critical situations and productively counteracting abuse of power in line with the needs of those affected. A case study is used to take a close look at the behavioural patterns of witnesses and develop critical alternatives. At the end of this workshop, there is a critical awareness of the consequences of passivity and a range of possible actions to be able to react differently in specific situations.
